A true sensation when first introduced in Europe, this caviar offers beautiful, large and firm grains with a buttery texture and nutty flavour at the end. This caviar will please both the connoisseurs and newcomers due to the size of the grains, wonderful colour and mild and pleasant taste. The colour ranges from light to dark brown with a pearl finish.

Astrakhan caviar combines the best of Ossetra with the best of Siberian. It has a wonderful nutty flavour, without the complexity of Ossetra. The saying “Beautiful in its simplicity” perfectly reflects this caviar. The colours range from light amber to dark golden.
WILD IKURA CHUM
Keta Caviar has extra-large eggs with a translucent yet firm shell and very bright golden-orange colour that make them look like tiny suns under a bright light.
Salmon roe is delicious for garnishing food and sushi rolls or served on canapés. Its fresh taste can also be savoured just with the spoon right out of the jar.
