• Amuse Bouche: Once we have reviewed your responses on the obligatory ‘plan a trip’ form, let’s have a quick chat first to see if we are a good fit. This is an initial complementary discovery call. 0 CHFs
• Tasting menu: Destination advice, itinerary with restaurants and experiences, a hotel & transfer, with booking -. Fee 900 CHFs, plus 10% of total booking itinerary (excluding standard restaurant & bar bills) Once initial fee is paid, we will start work on your trip. 1 change is included, additional changes & cancelations are to be charged on top according to the complexity of the changes.
• A La Carte: I need your help with a few things, but I’d like to freestyle too. Destination advice with restaurant OR experiences suggestions, and bookings which may include either a hotel, or transport. Fee 800 CHFs 1 change is included, additional changes & cancelations are to be charged on top according to the complexity of the changes.
• Starter: Just one hotel booking please, I know where I want to go: Most hotels give us commission, so if this is the case, we won’t charge a fee. If it’s somewhere specific you want to go which doesn’t pay commission, we kindly ask for 10% of the booking fee.
• Freestyle: Just destination advice please. This includes an overview of the destination, some tips on where to go, information on local specialties and suggestions on where to find the best food and bars 400 CHFs
• Aperitif: Destination advice plus a couple of restaurant bookings. 500 CHFs Changes & cancelations are to be charged on top according to the complexity of the changes.
• Tapas: Choice of 3 hotel suggestions and reservation of the selected one 300 CHFs OR a choice of 3 gastronomic experiences or activities 350 CHFs Changes & cancelations are to be charged on top according to the complexity of the changes.
These fees are based on a trip of 4 – 7 days. Price will increase for trips longer than a week. The prices include our fee only, they do not include the price of the accommodation, transport, activity or experience.
Single Concierge Reservations
• Restaurants and simple activity bookings, such as transfers, spa & wellness 100 CHFs per booking. *Changes and cancellations are charged on top according to the complexity of the changes, there will be a surcharge for groups bigger than 6.
• Cultural ticket bookings and flights: 80 CHFs per person. Changes & cancelations are to be charged on top according to the complexity of the changes.
• Planning for a private event or corporate trip: Our standard rate is 180 CHFs per hour for the planning process. We offer this at a reduced rate for the initial planning fee (covers first 10 hours of work) which is 1600 CHFs, we then charge 180 CHFs per hour for additional hours. (For big bookings, we offer a reduced hourly rate following the initial fee if you buy 50+ hours in advance). We will start planning work once the initial fee has been paid. * additional charges will follow once the plan & budget has been approved.
• Help: Last minute changes to reservations (within 48 hours) 600 CHFs
