Planning for a private event or corporate trip

Planning for a private event or corporate trip: Our standard rate is 180 CHFs per hour for the planning process. The initial planning fee (covers first 10 hours of work) which is 1800 CHFs, we then charge 180 CHFs per hour for additional hours. (For big bookings, we can offer a reduced hourly rate following the initial fee if you buy 50+ hours in advance). We will start planning work once the initial fee has been paid. * additional charges will follow once the plan & budget has been approved.
